### 1. PARTIES
This Agreement is signed between the following parties under the terms and conditions stated below:

### 2. SUBJECT
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law numbered 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, concerning the sale and delivery of the product ordered by the BUYER electronically through the website of the SELLER.
The prices listed and advertised on the website are the selling prices. The advertised prices and promises are valid until updated or changed. Prices announced for a limited time are valid until the specified period ends.
### 3. PRODUCT/SERVICE INFORMATION SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT
3.1. The basic characteristics of the Goods/Product(s)/Service, including their type, quantity, brand/model, color, and quantity, are published on the SELLER's website. If a campaign has been organized by the SELLER, the basic characteristics of the relevant product can be examined during the campaign period.
3.2. The selling price, including all taxes, of the Goods or Service is the selling price listed and announced on the website.

This Agreement comes into effect when the BUYER completes the payment for the order placed through the Site. By completing the payment, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this Agreement.
